Minitube 1.4.1 finally lands on Windows
This is the first Minitube release working on all three major platforms. The Windows version, like the Mac one, won’t be free. I hope this will help make the project sustainable. So spread the word to your Windows friends!
Version 1.4.1 brings many new and updated translations. Many thanks to the people who worked on Transifex. Georg Grabler fixed a bug occurring in multiscreen setups. I fixed a bug with videos not auto-advancing when using the Xine Phonon backend on Linux. Enjoy!
Thanks for the good application.
I apologize for my English.)
Hooray! Great work! I will Order it later tonight:D
Hm, how about feature “play all favorite user video” ?
I have built the 64-bit linux version and it works perfectly!
Congratulations, your software is GREAT!
aww not free :( one thing is that most people use windows. But if you do make it free and most people like it (Which should happen because minitube is awesome)you’d probably get alot more donations…At least thats from my perspective :/
Hello! I’ve downloaded the latest Minitube 1.4.1 for Linux from the website, and I’m using ubuntu. However, I can’t seem to get it to work! The streams are loaded nicely, but there seems to be no video for which the input plugin works. Is this something to do with Youtube’s new interface?
Cheers!

I’m having an issue with the full version of minitube. I’m running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. Videos start fine and buffer really quickly but then anywhere from 5 to 30 seconds into the video it just starts over from the beginning. This happens almost every time I watch a video. I’m on wifi, could it be my internet connection? I do have signal issues in here from time to time. Or possibly my video card? I have a 2gb Sapphire 5870. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Nobody else is having this issue!?
Ma che bel programmino, Minitube! Niente flash player, niente browser, niente attese per il buffering. BRAVO! Ora lo testo per 24 ore su win vista 32bit, poi, quando ritrovo la postepay, ti compro la versione completa. :-)
I experienced the same problem as wrathofjo but I thought it was because i was just using the trial version.
I waited so long for the windows version since I need to use windows most of the time. but I was disappointed because I can’t afford it. :( sad sad sad
Just realized .. a bit late but anyway, thanks for the credits ;-)
I’m not funding the development of Linux. Make Linux users pay too!
