I think this is a fantastic program! I think it would be great if users could sign in and see their YouTube subscriptions.

I think it would be useful. Does anybody have suggestions about the UI? Just describe what you have in mind, what you would like to see.Jun 10, 2012 at 8:08 pm #13222
I have a sweet idea – how about using the TV icon on the welcome screen to do the job?
The signing in should be somewhere in the preferences, and then, if there are new videos in your subscription channels, the TV serves also as a notification (has red glowing outline around, or displays a number of new videos – like updates on the mac). Then you click the TV and it starts playing only the latest videos.Jun 14, 2012 at 10:24 am #13315
Hi Paul, that’s an interesting solution. Very much in line with Minitube’s UI philosophy.Jul 7, 2012 at 4:25 pm #13889
I really like minitube! I would like to vote against subscription support, however. Google has far too much user information already. I’d much prefer something like a bookmarks menu where you can bookmark a video or a whole channel.
While I’m asking for stuff, the ability to enqueue videos from multiple searches to create and save play lists would be great. Again, thanks for making such a cool application!Jul 26, 2012 at 4:10 pm #14419
i agree with Paul. I bought it today but it misses that functionality..
are you planning to build this request?

Yes I’m planning to add support for subscriptions and other functionality that requires login.Aug 29, 2012 at 8:41 am #15228
Hey, Flavio! Is there any news about this login feature? It would be great!Sep 25, 2012 at 9:16 am #16254
Yeah!!! Any update?Sep 26, 2012 at 9:50 pm #16364
Regards, I am agreeable with Pavel, is compulsorily necessary subscription, that it was possible to connect its akkaunt.Sep 30, 2012 at 7:00 am #17109
Hoping for subscriptions. App useless to me without, was hoping it had them. Too much clutter on Youtube otherwise.Nov 22, 2012 at 12:00 am #21025
I agree, this feature would give us more control over what we watch. An endless stream of search + subscriptions on certain topics/channels with more control. Eg) Longest duration & highest rated, instead of either or. Thanks for the app!
