Hi Stephanie, is your internet connection working ok? Do you have enough bandwidth or maybe the network is saturated by other programs? You can try using Minitube in another place.
Secondly, you may have installed some QuickTime addon (usually codecs). If so try removing them. The “3ivx” QuickTime component is known to intefere with Minitube. Remove it!
Can you describe more precisely what’s happening? Does a small white progress bar shows up under the video title? Or playback skips to the next video? Tell me more.
