Edward James TaggI cant forward wind a youtube video clip within minitube… On very rare occassions if I click on the bar that shows forward progress, it will jump to that future time in the video – but most of the time it does not – so simple question – how do you forward wind or jump within any video clip – very infuriating… Grrrrrrrr…..

Giovanni FirmaniIt is a couple of weeks I am trying this program. I really like it and the logic behind it. However I have some issues. I am not able to move forward or backward any video. If I try to drag the time bar on the top, nothing happens. Is there any method to move forward or backward?
To better understand the problem I tried the OS Ubuntu 11.10 and Ubuntu 10.04. The minitube version I tried is 1.8. To use v1.8 on Ubuntu 10.04 I had to compile the source code by myself, but the behaviour is exactly the same: there is no possibility to move backward or forward.
When I tried to install the default version available for Ubuntu 10.04 (version 0.9) the program is not able to play the videos at all, it just keeps skipping all of them.
If you have any solution please let me know.Kind Regards

DanielI have the same problem – not being able to successfully skip forward to a point in a youtube clip. For this 3hr clip I’m trying to play, the scrubber thing will stay at 40 minutes in and start playing from there, but the area where the video should play remains black and no sound is played.
I’m on OS X 10.8 with MiniTube 1.8.
I wanted to seek help here before leaving feedback on the Mac App Store, where I purchased and downloaded this program.
