I’ve got the feeling it mostly happens when it’s a track difficult to find on youtube or is not listed at all. Otherwise I don’t do anything rather than search, explore and add to the playlist.

musictube 1.1.1 crashes in ubuntu oneiric 32bit. I just installed it from the ubuntu software centre and quite often crashes when adding tracks to the playlist. Is there some way to fix this?

As I said before, it must be a TagLib crash, so there is not much I can do about it. If you really want to help, get a stacktrace with gdb and report the crash to me and if it’s really a taglib crash also report it to your distro and to taglib people.
